The Story Behind Find You
It started during a season of my life when everything fell apart.
I had just gone through a breakup that didn’t just end a relationship, it ended the future I thought I was building. I let someone into the home I had owned for six years, I had started a new business, and I had imagined a life together that included our kids and our dreams. But when that ended suddenly and painfully, I lost more than my relationship. I lost my home, I lost my sense of self and ultimately the business I had poured my heart into for a year.
I was forced to start over in every possible way. Emotionally, financially, spiritually.
So I turned to journaling. Not because it was trendy or polished, but because I needed something to hold onto. Something that felt like mine. I started writing simple prompts in the morning and checking in with myself at night. One page at a time, I found clarity. Strength. Perspective. I stopped spiraling and started rebuilding.
That daily act of writing didn’t just help me heal — it helped me find myself again.
Now, Find You exists for the woman who feels like she’s lost her spark, her direction, or her place in the story. Whether you’re navigating heartbreak, motherhood, burnout, or a season you can’t even name yet, these journals are here to ask, What do you need now? and guide you back to yourself.
Because healing doesn’t always look pretty. But it starts when you decide you’re worth coming home to.
